以奥尼罗非鱼为试验对象,探讨中药复方A饲料添加剂(主要成分的配方为山楂:麦芽:砂仁=2:2:1)对罗非鱼主要消化酶活性的影响。结果显示:中药复方A能极显著地提高鱼体胃和肝胰脏的淀粉酶活性(P〈0.01),能显著地提高肠道淀粉酶活性(P〈0.05),也能显著甚至极显著地提高胃与肝胰脏中的脂肪酶活性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);但对罗非鱼的肠脂肪酶与肠胰蛋白酶的活性无显著作用(P〉0.05)。由本实验看出,中草药复方A能一定程度地提高罗非鱼的主要消化酶活性。

이오니라비어위시험대상,탐토중약복방A사료첨가제(주요성분적배방위산사:맥아:사인=2:2:1)대라비어주요소화매활성적영향。결과현시:중약복방A능겁현저지제고어체위화간이장적정분매활성(P〈0.01),능현저지제고장도정분매활성(P〈0.05),야능현저심지겁현저지제고위여간이장중적지방매활성(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);단대라비어적장지방매여장이단백매적활성무현저작용(P〉0.05)。유본실험간출,중초약복방A능일정정도지제고라비어적주요소화매활성。
This paper investigates effects of Chinese herbal compound A feed additives ( mainly composed of Hawthorn, Malt and Amomum villosum with a ratio of 2: 2:1 ) on tilapia's main digestive enzyme activity. In this experiment, tilapias were divided into treatment group (Chinese herbal compound A added) and control group in the aquarium cultivation of constant temperature. Tilapias were respectively dissected after the feeding of 0d,21d,42d and 63d, activity of amylase lipase and trypsin in tilapia stomach, hepatopancreas and intestine were measured with a kit method, and rate of live weight growth was analyzed. Results showed that Chinese herbal compound A could significantly improve the amylase activity of the fish stomach and hepatopancreas ( P 〈 0. O1 ) as well as intestinal amylase activity ( P 〈 0.05 ). Lipase activity in stomach and hepatopancreas ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ) was significantly or extremely significantly increased. But there was no significant effect on tilapia intestinal lipase or intestinal trypsin activity (P 〉 0.05 ). Meanwhile there was no significant difference of liver ratio between treatment group and control group ( P 〉 0.05). This experiment shows that Chinese herbal compound A can improve the main digestive enzyme activities of tilapia to a certain extent but not the weight of the fish.
