民族地区新升本科院校图书馆主要存在人才匮乏、馆藏不尽合理、服务方式单一、软件建设跟不上等问题,必需以科学发展观为指导,认真反思,通过加强馆员队伍建设、优化藏书建设、开展特色服务、强化软件建设、重视服务细节等方式,提高自身实力,以便更好地发挥图书馆的教育与服务功能。
民族地區新升本科院校圖書館主要存在人纔匱乏、館藏不儘閤理、服務方式單一、軟件建設跟不上等問題,必需以科學髮展觀為指導,認真反思,通過加彊館員隊伍建設、優化藏書建設、開展特色服務、彊化軟件建設、重視服務細節等方式,提高自身實力,以便更好地髮揮圖書館的教育與服務功能。
민족지구신승본과원교도서관주요존재인재궤핍、관장불진합리、복무방식단일、연건건설근불상등문제,필수이과학발전관위지도,인진반사,통과가강관원대오건설、우화장서건설、개전특색복무、강화연건건설、중시복무세절등방식,제고자신실력,이편경호지발휘도서관적교육여복무공능。
Newly-established universities＇ libraries in minority areas have many problems,for example,lack of personnel,unreasonable collection,single service,slow software construction and so on.So they must be guided by the scientific outlook on development,reflect seriously and carefully and enhance their strength by strengthening the librarian team construction,optimizing the collection construction,developing the characteristic service,strengthening software construction,attention to details of services and other means so that they develop the library education and service function better.
