运用实验法、文献资料法和数理统计等研究方法,通过艾利尔录像解析系统对东北师范大学非体育专业25—27岁16名研究生进行自然行走时的步态测试,目的在于揭示肥胖青年和体重正常青年在自然行走过程中足底各分区着地时双支撑时期、单只撑时相、足放平的时间、步长、步宽以及不同着地时期髋、膝、踝关节角度等参数哪些存在差异部分,哪些存在着一致部分。探究运动学各项主要参数与脂肪、脂肪含量、身高、年龄等的相关性。结果表明,肥胖男青年双支撑时相、双支撑时相百分比、足放平的时间均比体质量正常男青年长,步宽比正常男青年宽,且与体质量、肥胖程度呈显著正相关,而步态周期、支撑时相与正常男青年基本一致。但肥胖青年的单只撑时相、步长均小于正常青年,且与体质量、肥胖程度呈显著负相关。足跟着地瞬间,踝关节的角度明显大于正常青年,膝关节角度明显小于正常青年,且与体质量、肥胖程度呈显著正相关。足趾离地时,肥胖青年髋关节角度大于正常青年。

By using the methods of experiment, literature review, mathematical statistics and other research methods,this thesis adopts Axial video analysis to measure the natural walking data of sixteen 25 - 27 year old non-sports major postgraduates of Northeast Normal University. The purpose is to reveal the difference between the fat young people and the normal young people when walking in the natural course of plantar.branch to the double ground support phase, alone phase, the flat feet time, step length, step width and angle of hip, knee, and ankle in different periods. The thesis also intends to find out the relationship between such indicators as fat,fat percentage, height, age, etc. The research showed that the double support phase, the percentage of double sup- pert phase and the flat feet time of the obese young male were all higher than those of the normal weight youth. The step width of obese youth was wider than the normal weight young male, and it had a noticeably positive correlation with weight and fat percentage. There was no difference in the gait cycle and support phase between the two groups. But the single support phase and step length of the obese youth were shorter than those of nor- real weight youth, and had a significantly negative correlation with weight and fat percentage. The heel ground landing moment, the ankle joint angle of the obese youth was significantly larger than that of the normal youth, and had a significantly positive correlation with weight and fat percentage. When they were lifting the ground, the ankle joint angle of the obese youth was greater than the normal youth.
