教师已成为高校不可或缺的生力军,而青年教师师德方面存在的问题不容忽视。高校青年教师师德问题的影响因素可由内因而至外因划分为四个维度——心理健康、职业认知、评价机制、外部环境,可从＂良好的心理健康、正确的职业认知、科学的评价机制、积极的外部环境＂四个方面加强青年教师师德建设。
教師已成為高校不可或缺的生力軍,而青年教師師德方麵存在的問題不容忽視。高校青年教師師德問題的影響因素可由內因而至外因劃分為四箇維度——心理健康、職業認知、評價機製、外部環境,可從＂良好的心理健康、正確的職業認知、科學的評價機製、積極的外部環境＂四箇方麵加彊青年教師師德建設。
교사이성위고교불가혹결적생력군,이청년교사사덕방면존재적문제불용홀시。고교청년교사사덕문제적영향인소가유내인이지외인화분위사개유도——심리건강、직업인지、평개궤제、외부배경,가종＂량호적심리건강、정학적직업인지、과학적평개궤제、적겁적외부배경＂사개방면가강청년교사사덕건설。
The influential factors of young college teachersJethics construction problems can be divided into four models from the inside out： the mental health, the occupational cognition, the evaluation mechanisms and the external environment. The college can ex- plore teachers＇ethics construction of four-dimensional model based on it, and strengthen the young college teachers~thics construction from four sides： the good mental health, the right occupational cognition, the scientific evaluation mechanisms and the positive external environment.
