从安全生产宣教档案管理对企业运营的重要性角度,分析了安全生产宣教培训工作的重要作用,指出了安全生产宣教档案管理存在的不足,最后从形成档案信息化管理模式、不断提高从业人员素质、理顺档案管理体制等三个方面探讨了安全生产宣教培训档案管理的新思路,希望对指导企业安全生产宣教档案管理实践产生积极作用。

With the increasing importance of production safety, file management of safety production training has also increasingly become important and plays an indispensable role in the daily operation management. After years of development, the file man- agement of enterprise safety production training is still not standard and mature enough and thus deserves more attention and re- search. This study, with the importance of file management of safety production training as the point of departure, analyzes the problems in file management of safety production training and also attempts to seek solutions to these problems. The present paper explores the various aspects of scientific production safety of archives management and also the positive roles they are expected to play, and attempts to set up a scientific management system of file management of safety production training in the hope that this system may help the practical file management of safety production training.
