According to the characteristics of nitrocellulose, innovative designs were carried on P series of two-stage pusher centrifuge in terms of safety, pieeewise recovery of mother liquor, structure and surface coating for drum and automation control. The improved centrifuge could not only meet the requirements of deacidifieation, dehydration and displacement alcohol in production but also the performance exceeded the WH pusher centrifuge for deacidification and dehydration and the three legged centrifuge for displacement alcohol. This centrifuge completely solved the shortcomings such as low separation factor, block collection after washing, low automation level and big intensity labor. This type of centrifuge set high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and high automation in one and it was a utility energy-efficient environmental equipment.
