沙棘维生素P粉样品经微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中铁、硒、锌、钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锰、铅、砷、汞、镉等13种微量元素的含量。使用动态反应池技术消除了多原子离子对部分被测元素的干扰。方法快速准确、灵敏度高,加标回收率在95.2%~101.8%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。
沙棘維生素P粉樣品經微波消解處理,採用電感耦閤等離子體質譜法測定樣品中鐵、硒、鋅、鉀、鈉、鈣、鎂、銅、錳、鉛、砷、汞、鎘等13種微量元素的含量。使用動態反應池技術消除瞭多原子離子對部分被測元素的榦擾。方法快速準確、靈敏度高,加標迴收率在95.2%~101.8%之間,相對標準偏差小于3.0%。

The sample of Seabuckthorn vitamin P powder was digested with microwave, and contents of Fe, Se, Zn, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn, Pb, As, Hg, and Cd in the sample were determined by ICP-MS. The polyatomic ion effect was eliminated with dynamic reaction cell technique. This method is simple, quick, precise, and sensitive. Recoveries ratio were in the range of 96.2%-101.8%, and the RSD was less than 3%.
