基于第六次全国人口普查数据，从我国人力资源的数量与质量，就业结构，区域和行业分布差异，教育水平的国内外差距，男女性别比例失衡，老龄化问题以及我国社会上存在对人力资源的认识误区等方面，分析论述了我国人力资源的现状，揭示出我国人力资源开发过程中存在的问题，对于宏观认识我国人力资源现状与问题有一定的借鉴意义和价值。

This paper is based on the data from the sixth national population census, analyzing and discussing the current situation of human resources and revealing the existing problems of human resources development process of our country. It analyzes from the following aspects： the quantity and quality of human resources; the employment structure; the regional and industry distribution difference; the education level gap between domestic and foreign; the imbalance of sex ratio ; the problem of population aging and the existence misunderstanding of human resources in our society. It has a certain reference significance and value for understanding the present situation and problems of our country＇s human resources from the macroscopic view.
