Using AspenTech PIMS optimization software, the article expounds on the thinking and methods of near programming models for ethylene product chain with various material structures, emphatically analyzes the gross profit in ethylene production under various material structures. When LPG price and naphtha price is close to each other, we need to appropriately reduce the proportion of light cracked stock, so as to keep an ethylene unit n high-load production; when the price margin of LPG and naphtha is relatively large, we need to appropriately ncrease the proportion of light and medium-heavy cracked stock, so as to keep an ethylene unit in economical and high-efficient operation
