分析了咸阳市市区地下水资源开发和城市供水的现状，指出企业自备水源无序、过量开采的危害和原因，提出采取法律、行政和经济等手段，实现由市自来水公司统一供水的城市供水格局，以水资源的可持续利用保障经济社会长期平稳较快发展。

The status of urban groundwater resources development and urban water supply in Xianyang City is analysed, the dangers and reasons of disorders and excessive mining of enterprises？ self-built water supply are pointed out and it is suggested that legal, administrative and eco-nomic means should be taken, so that urban unified water supply can be realised, with sustainable utilization of water resources to guarantee long-term stable and rapid development of eco- nomic society.
