通过测量酸性染料对染锦纶织物染色后的上染率、布面K/S值、色差、匀染性等指标,分析了不同表面活性剂对酸性黄上染锦纶织物匀染性的影响。实验发现,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚非离子表面活性剂二的匀染效果较好,色差最小,而磺化蓖麻油的匀染效果最好,但织物色差最大。因此,将脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚二和磺化蓖麻油以不同的比例进行复配,考察了复配后的匀染剂对织物染色效果的影响,综合考察选择出最佳的匀染剂并将其应用于其它几种酸性染料。实验结果表明,复配所得的匀染剂二对酸性黄锦纶染色,能有效降低上染速率,且达到较好的上染率,织物匀染性明显提高;该匀染剂同样适用于改善酸性大红、酸性艳兰、酸性翠兰的匀染性,对上染率影响很小。
通過測量痠性染料對染錦綸織物染色後的上染率、佈麵K/S值、色差、勻染性等指標,分析瞭不同錶麵活性劑對痠性黃上染錦綸織物勻染性的影響。實驗髮現,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚非離子錶麵活性劑二的勻染效果較好,色差最小,而磺化蓖痳油的勻染效果最好,但織物色差最大。因此,將脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚二和磺化蓖痳油以不同的比例進行複配,攷察瞭複配後的勻染劑對織物染色效果的影響,綜閤攷察選擇齣最佳的勻染劑併將其應用于其它幾種痠性染料。實驗結果錶明,複配所得的勻染劑二對痠性黃錦綸染色,能有效降低上染速率,且達到較好的上染率,織物勻染性明顯提高;該勻染劑同樣適用于改善痠性大紅、痠性豔蘭、痠性翠蘭的勻染性,對上染率影響很小。

Through measuring the dyeing rate, K/S value, color aberration, levelling property and so on after acidic dyes dyeing the nylon fabric, the influence of nylon fabric levelness dyed by acid yellow with dif- ferent surfactants was analyzed. Experiments showed that the effect of levelling of fatty amine polyoxyethylene ethe nonionic surfactant Two was good and the color difference was minimum, sulfonated castor oil' s levelling was the best, but its color difference was the largest. Therefore, the fatty amine polyoxyethylene ethe and sul- fonated caster oil were blended according to different proportions and the influences of fabric' s dyeing effect were inspected. The best levelling blends were selected and applied to several other acid dyes. The results showed that the leveler blend Two could effectively reduce the dyeing speed and achieve good dyeing rate, lev- elness of fabric was increased obviously when applied to nylon dyed by acid yellow. The blend Two was also applied to improve the levelness of acid bright red, acidic brilliant blue and acid light blue and the effect on dyeing rate from it was minimum.
