To solve the problems of the non-smart household appliances to consume power effectively and intelligently, a power-consumed controlling system was designed, which can control the non-smart household appliances remotely and make them react to the real-time power-pricing efficiently. And an intelligent switch used to ensure the non-smart household appliances to consume power smartly as well as a simulated intelligent electric meter used to conform the timing were designed and implemented.
