对汽车刹车盘片平衡机如何实现单工位一体化及测量不平衡定位、铣削深度的控制优化等几个关键技术进行了研究,提出通过把测量所用的脉冲数补偿到主轴旋转脉冲的整数倍等3个步骤以优化不平衡的定位,提出利用PLC外部中断输入来提高铣削深度的准确性,并利用新技术进行相关测试。

In this paper, we make an analysis on how to realize the optimization of some aspects, such as the integration of single station and measuring unbalance positioning, milling depth control and so on,and put forward the three steps optimization on how to measure the pulse ：aumber compensation to the spindle rotary pulse integer times. What＇s more,we also propose the use of PLC external interrupt input to improve the accuracy of the milling depth,and the use of new technology for testing.
