应用叶碟法研究紫茎泽兰不同器官、不同溶剂粗提物对斜纹夜蛾的拒食活性。结果表明:紫茎泽兰粗提物对斜纹夜蛾具有明显的拒食作用,拒食率与浓度呈正相关;非选择性拒食活性试验中,紫茎泽兰叶乙醇粗提物的活性最强,48 h的拒食率为78.61%,AFC50为9334.7 mg·L-1;选择性拒食活性试验中,紫茎泽兰花乙醇粗提物的活性最强,48 h的拒食率为61.56%,AFC50为9797.2 mg·L-1。

응용협설법연구자경택란불동기관、불동용제조제물대사문야아적거식활성。결과표명:자경택란조제물대사문야아구유명현적거식작용,거식솔여농도정정상관;비선택성거식활성시험중,자경택란협을순조제물적활성최강,48 h적거식솔위78.61%,AFC50위9334.7 mg·L-1;선택성거식활성시험중,자경택란화을순조제물적활성최강,48 h적거식솔위61.56%,AFC50위9797.2 mg·L-1。
Leaf-disc method was used in this paper to determine different extracts of Eupatorium Adenophorum against Prodenia litura about anti-feeding activity.The result showed that the crude extractions from Eupatorium Adenophorum had very strong anti-feeding activity against Prodenia litura.The anti-feeding rate had a positive relation with the concentration.In the non-selective test,the anti-feeding activity of the leaves crude extracts with alcohol were better than Petroleum ether.The anti-feeding rate of 48 h was 78.61﹪,the AFC50 was 9334.7 mg·L-1.In the selective test,the anti-feeding activity of the flower crude extracts with alcohol were better than Petroleum ether.The anti-feeding rate of 48 h was 61.56﹪,the AFC50 was 9797.2 mg·L-1.
