在《人间词话》等著作里，王国维多次提到“天才”“英雄”及其在文学创作中的作用，从中我们不难看出，他对“天才”非常推崇。文章基于先生的原作，结合作者思想历程，试图从天才的才情、作用、局限，以及天才论背后的动因等方面对王国维的天才论进行分析。

In such classics as Human Words by Wang Guowei （1877--1927）, the items of ＂genius＂ and ＂hero＂ and their roles in literary creation have been touched upon for many times. It can be concluded that Wang Guowei attaches great importance to genres. Based on his original works and according to his course of thoughts, the paper elaborates on his theory of ＂genius＂ from the perspectives of makings, roles, limitations of genius as well as on the motive of his theory in a modern way.
