In this paper the distribution and characteristics of Schistosomiasis and its intermediate host Oncomelania hupensis in Anhui Province were outlined and the control measures and methods were introduced. The general construction situations, comprehensive control measures, implementation effects and benefits of the Schistosomasis-prevention forestry projects in Anhui Province were summarized and analyzed.
