从圆叶节节菜地上部分乙酸乙酯层中分离得到8个化合物,经波谱学方法分别鉴定为 pomolic acid 3β-acetate(1),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(2),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(3),esculetin(4),phyllemblin(5),1,2-O-di-galloylglycerol(6),apigenin(7),quercetin(8),以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物(6)在GK,SIRT1激动活性及DPPIV,11β-HSD抑制活性等抗糖尿病体外活性测试中均无明显的活性。
從圓葉節節菜地上部分乙痠乙酯層中分離得到8箇化閤物,經波譜學方法分彆鑒定為 pomolic acid 3β-acetate(1),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(2),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(3),esculetin(4),phyllemblin(5),1,2-O-di-galloylglycerol(6),apigenin(7),quercetin(8),以上化閤物均為首次從該植物中分離得到。化閤物(6)在GK,SIRT1激動活性及DPPIV,11β-HSD抑製活性等抗糖尿病體外活性測試中均無明顯的活性。
종원협절절채지상부분을산을지층중분리득도8개화합물,경파보학방법분별감정위 pomolic acid 3β-acetate(1),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(2),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(3),esculetin(4),phyllemblin(5),1,2-O-di-galloylglycerol(6),apigenin(7),quercetin(8),이상화합물균위수차종해식물중분리득도。화합물(6)재GK,SIRT1격동활성급DPPIV,11β-HSD억제활성등항당뇨병체외활성측시중균무명현적활성。
Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction of the aerial parts of Rotala rotundifolia, which were identified as pomolic acid 3β-acetate(1),7-oxo-β-sitosterol(2),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(3),escule-tin(4),phyllemblin(5),1,2-O-di-galloylglycerol(6),apigenin(7),and quercetin(8)by spectra analysis,and all of them were obtained from this species for the first time.Compound 6 showed no activity against glucokinase,SIRT1 , DPPIV,1 1β-HSD in vitro anti-diabetes screening tests.
