目的:客观、科学地评价某医院各临床科室的医疗质量。方法选取14个有代表性的指标组成医疗质量综合评价指标体系,运用变异系数赋权与功效系数法,对各指标进行综合评价。首先运用Excel求出各个指标的标准差及变异系数,根据指标包含的信息确定其权重,计算各科功效系数,然后采用加权几何平均法计算出总功效系数,得出各临床科室的医疗质量综合排序结果。结果评价指标中病死率的权重最大,满意度的最小。各科室总功效系数分别为:内一科79.65、内二科83.56、内三科77.57、儿科95.39、外一科87.57、外二科82.51、外三科74.27、五官科83.6、妇产科91.48、老年科66.28。从总功效系数排序表可看出,各科医疗质量排序从高到低为儿科、妇产科、外一科、内二科、内一科、外二科、五官科、内三科、外三科、老年科。结论依据样本数据变异程度来确定权重的变异系数法,能有效消除主观因素的干扰。功效系数法用加权几何平均法对指标值进行综合,原理简单,灵敏度高,指标处理保持方向一致。应用变异系数赋权与功效系数法相结合对临床科室进行综合评价,提高了评价的准确性、科学性,客观、合理地反映了医院实际的医疗质量。

Objective To evaluate the medical quality of clinical departments of a hospital objectively and scientifically. Methods Fourteen representative indexes were selected to form the index system for medical quality evaluation , and with the ef-ficacy coefficient method of coefficient of variation empowerment , the indexes were evaluated comprehensively .First, Excel was used to calculate the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of each index, and according to the information each index contained, the weight was determined and each efficacy coefficient was computed.Then with the weighted geometric mean meth-od, the total efficacy coefficient was calculated to get the comprehensive ranking results of medical quality of each clinical depart-ment.Results The mortality rate in the evaluation indexes had the maximum weight, and the index of satisfaction had the mini-mum weight.The general efficacy coefficient was 79.65 for internal medicine I, 83.56 for internal medicine II , 77.57 for inter-nal medicine III, 95.39 for pediatric Dept., 87.57surgery Dept.I, 82.51 for surgery Dept.II, 74.27 for surgery Dept.III, 83.6 for ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology Dept., 91.48 for obstetrics and gynecology Dept., 66.28 for geriatrics dept. From the table of total efficiency coefficient it could be seen that the medical quality of the departments was sorted from high to low as pediatric dept, obstetrics and gynecology Dept., surgery Dept.I, internal medicine II, internal medicine I, surgery Dept. II, Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology Dept., internal medicine III, surgery Dept.III, geriatrics Dept.Conclusion Coef-ficient of variation method, in which the variation coefficient weight is determined based on the degree of variation of sample data, can effectively eliminate the interference of subjective factors.For the efficacy coefficient method, the index value is integrated with the use of weighted geometric mean method, the principle is simple, the sensitivity is high, and index processing can remain in the same direction.Weighted coefficient of variation and the efficacy coefficient method are used to evaluate clinical depart-ments comprehensively , improve the accuracy and scientificity of the evaluation, and objectively and reasonably reflect the real situation.
