Traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge%Reliability%Training needs
目的:了解我院护理人员对中医护理的知信度和培训需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对我院的150名护理人员进行问卷调查,并运用统计学方法进行分析。结果本院150名护理人员对中医护理的知信度较差,平均总得分为49.3,其中不同年龄、不同工作年限及不同职称的护理人员对中医护理的知信度得分差别无统计学意义( P>0.05),而不同教育程度之间的护理人员对中医护理的知信度得分的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关于培训需求方面,护理人员倾向采取外出培训(55.3%),在职、半脱产的形式进行(82.0%),培训时间以1~3个月为宜(40.7%),培训内容以中医护理技能培训需求最高(92.0%)。结论医院管理者应重视对护理人员的中医护理培训,建立有效的继续教育培训机制,以培养中医护理骨干队伍,促进中医护理发展。

목적:료해아원호리인원대중의호리적지신도화배훈수구。방법채용자행설계적문권,대아원적150명호리인원진행문권조사,병운용통계학방법진행분석。결과본원150명호리인원대중의호리적지신도교차,평균총득분위49.3,기중불동년령、불동공작년한급불동직칭적호리인원대중의호리적지신도득분차별무통계학의의( P>0.05),이불동교육정도지간적호리인원대중의호리적지신도득분적차별유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관우배훈수구방면,호리인원경향채취외출배훈(55.3%),재직、반탈산적형식진행(82.0%),배훈시간이1~3개월위의(40.7%),배훈내용이중의호리기능배훈수구최고(92.0%)。결론의원관리자응중시대호리인원적중의호리배훈,건립유효적계속교육배훈궤제,이배양중의호리골간대오,촉진중의호리발전。
Objective Understanding of nursing staff in our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge , belief and training needs.Methods By using a self-designed questionnaire, 150 nurses in our hospital were investigated by questionnaire, and analyzed using the statistical method.Results The 150 nurses of TCM nursing knowledge, poor reliability, the average score is 49.3, no statistical significance among nurses with different age ,work experience and the title of nursing per-sonnel on TCM nursing knowledge, confidence score difference (P<0.05), but there are significant differences among different education level of Chinese medicine nursing know the confidence score (P<0.05).On the training needs, nurses tend to take out (55.3%), on the job training, part-time form (82.0%), training time in 1~3 months is appropriate (40.7%), the train-ing content to traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills training demand the highest (92%).Conclusion Hospital managers should pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine nursing training for nursing staff, establishing effective continuing education and training mechanism, to train staff of traditional Chinese medicine nursing backbone, promote the development of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
