建筑能源管理系统包含应用功能模型标准、数据模型标准、通信标准和IT架构模型标准,兼容建筑能源监控、楼宇自动化系统、需求侧管理等功能。通过该系统的使用,能实现对建筑能耗运行情况的感知,结合建立的能耗指标库,对设备运行状态进行监测,对耗能情况进行评估。为建筑节能和设备安全运行提供预测和分析,建立节能长效机制,指导合理用能。

The paper designs a building energy management system (BEMS), which comprises application function model standards, communication standards, IT framework model standards, compatible building energy monitoring, building automation system, demand side management and etc. By use of the system, the operation of building energy consumption can be sensed. In combination with the established energy consump-tion index database, operating status of the equipment can be monitored and energy consumption can be eval-uated for the purpose of forecast and analysis of building energy saving and safe operation of equipment so as to establish long-term mechanism and guide reasonable energy consumption.
