Graves病甲状腺功能亢进症（Graves甲亢）合并肝损害的患者临床表现多种，而合并重症肝损害表现较为复杂，预后亦可能较差。该文报道1例Graves甲亢同时合并重症肝损害患者的起病及诊治经过，为临床医生识别、诊治该疾病提供参考。该患者于肝功能稳定后接受放射性碘[131 I]治疗，病情好转、恢复良好，因此，若有甲亢并疑有重症肝损害的病例，应及早明确诊断予以治疗，以免延误病情，发生严重不良后果。

Graves’disease in patients with liver damage can present with a variety of clinical mani-festations. In the cases of severe liver damage,symptoms can be more complicated with poor prognosis. In this paper,We reported a case of Graves patients with severe liver damage,whose onset of illness,diagnosis and treatment process was described in order to provide a reference for clinical identification,diagnosis and treat-ment of the disease. The patient received radioactive iodine [1 31 I ] treatment when her liver function im-proved. Patients of hyperthyroidism suspected with severe liver damage,should be diagnosed and treated imme-diatedly so as not to deteriorate the condition.
