目的:探讨Ki-67在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其与乳腺癌各临床病理指标的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测362例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者肿瘤组织中Ki-67的表达,并分析Ki-67的表达与患者各项临床病理指标的相关性。结果 Ki-67阳性比例为59.7%(216/362)。Ki-67的表达与肿瘤大小成正相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移、组织细胞学分级、脉管癌栓、人表皮生长因子受体-2、表皮生长因子受体、拓扑异构酶Ⅱ-α表达成正相关(均为P<0.01),与雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达成负相关(均为P<0.01),与P53蛋白、TNM分期无明显相关性。结论 Ki-67的表达与大部分乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床病理指标有相关性,提示其可以作为监测此类患者预后的指标。

목적:탐토Ki-67재유선침윤성도관암중적표체급기여유선암각림상병리지표적상관성。방법채용면역조직화학방법검측362례유선침윤성도관암환자종류조직중Ki-67적표체,병분석Ki-67적표체여환자각항림상병리지표적상관성。결과 Ki-67양성비례위59.7%(216/362)。Ki-67적표체여종류대소성정상관(P<0.05),여림파결전이、조직세포학분급、맥관암전、인표피생장인자수체-2、표피생장인자수체、탁복이구매Ⅱ-α표체성정상관(균위P<0.01),여자격소수체、잉격소수체표체성부상관(균위P<0.01),여P53단백、TNM분기무명현상관성。결론 Ki-67적표체여대부분유선침윤성도관암적림상병리지표유상관성,제시기가이작위감측차류환자예후적지표。
Objective To explore the expression of Ki-67 and the relationship between Ki-67 and the clinicopathological parameters of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods Expression of Ki-67 in 362 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients was assessed by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation between Ki-67 and the clinicopathological parameters were statistically analyzed. Results Fifty-nine point seven per-cent (21 6/362 )of the patients were Ki-67 positive. Ki-67 was positively related to lager tumor size (P<0.05),and it also showed positive correlations with lymph node metastasis,higher tumor grade,vascular tumor emboli,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,epidermal growth factor receptor and TopoisomeraseⅡ-α(P<0.01 );Ki-67 showed negative correlations with estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor (P<0.01 ). Ki-67 had no correlation with P53 and TNM stage (P>0.05 ). Conclusions Expression of Ki-67 shows correlations with most of the clinicopathological parameters of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,which may be an indicator to predict prognosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
