目的：了解顺德伦教地区高血压病患者的健康素养水平，探讨提高居民健康素养水平对社区高血压病防治的效果。方法在顺德伦教镇辖区内的居民健康档案中，随机抽取300例高血压病患者，进行2年（2011年5月至2013年4月）的健康素养干预及观察，比较两组患者干预前后健康素养水平、高血压相关知识知晓率、得分及生活方式的变化。结果干预前社区高血压病患者具备健康素养的总体水平仅为13.67％，项目实施后，高血压病患者健康素养水平上升到32.33％，干预后患者血压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后高血压病相关知识得分均高于干预前（P＜0.05）；干预后高血压病患者生活方式发生变化，饮酒率下降（P＜0.05），参加体育锻炼率高于干预前（P＜0.05），坚持服药率上升（P＜0.01），定期测血压率由33.7％上升到94.3％（P＜0.01）。结论社区高血压病患者的总体健康素养水平较低，积极干预后居民的健康素养水平的提高对社区高血压病防治效果显著。
목적：료해순덕륜교지구고혈압병환자적건강소양수평，탐토제고거민건강소양수평대사구고혈압병방치적효과。방법재순덕륜교진할구내적거민건강당안중，수궤추취300례고혈압병환자，진행2년（2011년5월지2013년4월）적건강소양간예급관찰，비교량조환자간예전후건강소양수평、고혈압상관지식지효솔、득분급생활방식적변화。결과간예전사구고혈압병환자구비건강소양적총체수평부위13.67％，항목실시후，고혈압병환자건강소양수평상승도32.33％，간예후환자혈압、감유삼지、총담고순수평명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；간예후고혈압병상관지식득분균고우간예전（P＜0.05）；간예후고혈압병환자생활방식발생변화，음주솔하강（P＜0.05），삼가체육단련솔고우간예전（P＜0.05），견지복약솔상승（P＜0.01），정기측혈압솔유33.7％상승도94.3％（P＜0.01）。결론사구고혈압병환자적총체건강소양수평교저，적겁간예후거민적건강소양수평적제고대사구고혈압병방치효과현저。
Objective To investigate the status of residents'health literacy among hypertensive pa-tients in Lunjiao,Shunde,and evaluate the effects of improvement in status of residentshealth literacy on the prevention and therapy of hypertension among communities. Methods Using data of personal health records, 300 patients with primary hypertension were selected randomly from communities of Lunjiao,Shunde. Inter-vention in health literacy was carried out for 2 years (from june 201 0 to may 201 2),and the pre-intervention and post-intervention data on status of health literacy,awareness of hypertension,and life style,were com-pared. Results Before the intervention,hypertensive patients from communities who have health literacy was only 1 3.67%,after the intervention,the health literacy was significantly increased (32.33%). Reductions in blood pressure,triglyceride,total cholesterol were observed in patients with hypertension after intervention.The score of knowledge about hypertension was significantly increased when compared with pre-intervention (P<0.05 ). After intervention by lifestyle changes in patients with hypertension,alcohol consumption rate de-creased (P<0.05 ),participation rate in physical activity was higher than before the intervention (P<0.05 ), medication adherence rate increased (P<0.01 ),regular blood pressure increased from 33.7 %to 94.3%(P<0.01 ). Conclusion The general status of health literacy among hypertensive patients in communities was low,and active intervention in residentshealth literacy had significant effects on the prevention and therapy of hypertension in communities.
