针对低照度图像暗、对比度低，同时存在大量黑暗连通区的特点，提出了一种基于小波系数融合的低照度图像增强算法，该算法对图像的低频和高频信息分别用空域法和频域法进行处理。实验表明，该方法在处理低照度图像的过程中，在调节图像动态范围和增强图像细节的同时，也达到了对高频信息降噪的目的。通过该算法处理，能有效减少拍摄图像所需的曝光时间。

Aiming at the darkness ,low contrast and connected dark pixels of low illumination image ,the low-illumination image enhancing method base on combination of the coefficients from the wavelet transform ,was designed .In this algo-rithm ,we use space domain method and frequency domain method to process the low frequency and high frequency infor-mation separately .Experiments show that the method will adjust dynamic range and enhance image details ,and reduce noise for high frequency imformation .Using this method also can save exposure time .
