2013年前三季度我国手机出货量总体增速放缓，智能手机出货量增速放缓，Android操作系统占比上升；手机在产企业数减少8.5%，多数停产企业生产规模小、产品布局单一；受运营商补贴等综合因素影响，TD-SCDMA手机增长迅速，生产企业快速增加，同时竞争不断加剧。

Through the analysis of domestic mobile phone market infirst three quarters of 2013,we have come to the following conclusions: The growth of shipment volume in domestic mobile phone market has slowed down, with the slowing down of smart-phone shipment. Android has got increased market share of OS. The number of mobile phone manufac-turers has reduced by 8.5%, and among those closed are small-scale factories with limited product portfo-lio. Due to the telecom operator subsidies, TD-SCD-MA mobile phone shipments increased rapidly. The increase in the number of TD-SCDMA mobile phone manufacturers has led to fiercer competition.
