采用种子聚合工艺合成了弹性乳液,研究了乳液合成过程中功能单体用量、苯丙树脂液添加量、pH缓冲剂用量以及乳化剂的选择与用量对所配制的水性油墨性能的影响,对比了所合成弹性乳液与同类进口产品所配制水性油墨的性能。结果表明,功能单体占单体质量3%,苯丙树脂液占乳液总质量20%,pH缓冲剂占乳液总质量0.2%,反应型非离子-阴离子乳化剂复配使用时合成的弹性乳液配制的水性油墨性能最佳,可替代同类进口产品在水性油墨上的应用。

Elastic emulsion was prepared by seeding emulsion polymerization technology. The influence of the amounts of functional monomer, styrene acrylic resin liquid, pH buffer and the selection and dosage of emulsiifer in emulsion polymerization on the perfor-mances of the water-based ink was studied. Performances between two kinds of water-based inks which confected from elastic emul-sion synthetized and similar imported products respectively were compared. The results showed that the ink confected from elastic emulsion which synthesized under the conditions of functional monomer share of the total monomer of 3%, styrene acrylic resin liquid of 20%and pH buffer of 0.2%of the total emulsion, and nonionic reactive emulsiifer combined with anion emulsiifer as the compound emulsiifer was optimum, which could fully meet the requirements of the application in water-based ink to replace similar imported products.
