自制了更新方便的磁性碳纳米管修饰电极,考察了该磁性电极在H2SO4-KCl介质中的还原性以及峰电流的影响因素并成功用于牛白蛋白的测定。实验结果表明,电极反应受吸附控制;在-0.45V条件下,牛白蛋白在4~150pg·mL-1范围内与峰电流成反比,检出限为1.2pg·mL-1,并对反应机理进行探讨,电极反应受吸附控制,电极反应常数和电子转移常数分别为4.6s-1和0.19。

A novel renewable magnetic carbon nano tubes modiifed electrode was fabricated. Both reduction of the modiifed elec-trode in H2SO4-KCl solution and experimental conditions impacting on peak current were investigated. It was found that adsorption was the main influence factor of the electrode processes and concentration of bovine albumin was reversely proportional to the cur-rent at the working potential of-0.45V. The limit of detection was improved to 1.2pg/mL. It was also identiifed that the electrode reaction constant was 4.6 s-1 and the electron transfer constant was 0.19, respectively.
