文章回顾了近一百年我国挂号诊疗费的起源和历史演变，与部分国家和地区的收取标准作了对比。分析了我国低标准收取挂号诊疗费的历史成因和种种弊端，以全面推出药品零差价制度为契机，提出用5年时间，渐进性地提高挂号诊疗费与实施药品零差价制度的初步设想。
文章迴顧瞭近一百年我國掛號診療費的起源和歷史縯變，與部分國傢和地區的收取標準作瞭對比。分析瞭我國低標準收取掛號診療費的歷史成因和種種弊耑，以全麵推齣藥品零差價製度為契機，提齣用5年時間，漸進性地提高掛號診療費與實施藥品零差價製度的初步設想。

The article reviews the origin and historical evolution of registration and consultation fees in China in the past 100 years or so and compares charging standards with other countries and regions. Based on analysis of the reasons and disadvantages of low registration and consultation fees in China, the article proposes the gradual increase of registration and consultation fees and implementation of zero mark-up drug system in 5 years.
