对比抚顺的丁苯透明抗冲树脂SBC-03与美国菲利浦斯的KR-03等产品的冲击强度指标,采用红GPC、外光谱FT-IR、核磁共振1H-NMR等方法对比分析其微观结构的差别。根据其反应机理对生产工艺等多方面因素进行分析,找出了造成抚顺SBC-03冲击强度低的原因,确定了适宜的工艺条件,使抚顺SBC-03的冲击强度指标达到美国菲利浦斯产品的标准。

The impact strength of the SBC-03 of Fushun Petrochemical Company was compared with that of the KR-03 of Phillips Company of the United States,their microstructure differences were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy GPC, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and other methods. The reasons to cause the lower impact strength of the SBC-03 were determined by analyzing various influencing factors in the production process of butadiene-styrene transparent impact resin based on the reaction mechanism of the anionic polymerization, and the suitable process conditions were determined. The impact strength of SBC-03 produced under the suitable process conditions can reach to the product standard of the KR-03 of Phillips Company of the United States.
