在氯铂酸催化剂的作用下,以含氢硅油与羟基封端的烯丙基聚醚为原料,进行硅氢化加成反应,合成出了一种嵌段型聚醚聚硅氧烷(PESO)。探究了反应条件对合成PESO的影响,确定了合成PESO的最佳反应条件:温度为85~90℃,催化剂用量为20 ppm,反应时间为4 h。用IR谱﹑1H-NMR谱对PESO进行了结构表征。再将产品PESO在布样上应用,性能测试表明其吸水性、柔软性提高了,而抗皱防缩性降低。在此基础上,又通过扫描电镜(SEM)﹑原子力显微镜(AFM)对PESO在纤维和单晶硅基质表面的膜形貌进行了观察和研究。

In the presence of Pt catalyst, a kind of polyether silicone(PESO)was synthesized from methylhydrogen silicone (PHMS) and allylpolyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether by hydrosilylation reaction. Effects of reaction conditions on synthesizing PESO were investigated,the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:temperature 85~90 ℃, amount of catalyst 20 ppm, reaction time 4 h. And the structure of PESO was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. PESO was applied in cloth samples; performance test results showed that cloth samples treated by PESO had better hydrophilicity and softness, worse elasticity. In addition, the film morphology of PESO on cotton fiber and silicone wafer substrates was studied by SEM and AFM.
