以苯乙酮、苯胺和甲醛为原料合成了曼尼希碱,采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对合成产物结构进行了表征。采用静态失重法考察了合成产物在90℃,15%HCl溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀性能,并考察了Cu+对合成的曼尼希碱的缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明,单一曼尼希碱对N80钢有一定的缓蚀作用,但不能达到行业标准的要求,Cu+的加入能在很大程度上增强曼尼希碱对N80钢的缓蚀效果,当曼尼希碱与Cu+摩尔比为1时,缓蚀效果最好;Cu+与曼尼希碱复配后,随着复配缓蚀剂添加量的增大,缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果增强。

A kind of Mannish base was synthesized from acetophenone, aniline and formaldehyde. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR. The corrosion inhibition performance of the product on N80 steel in 15% HCl solution at 90 ℃ were measured by using weight loss method. And the effect of Cu+ on the corrosion inhibition performance of the product was discussed. The results show that single Mannish base can inhibit corrosion of N80 steel to some extent, but can not reach the requirements of the industry standards. Adding Cu+can enhance the corrosion inhibition efficiency of Mannish base. The corrosion inhibition performance is the best when the molar ratio of Mannish base and Cu+is 1. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of Mannish base mixed with Cu+can increase with the increase of additive amount of the mixed inhibitor.
