目的：根据急诊手术排程的现状，寻找适合现代急诊手术的排程模式。方法采用根本原因分析法（RC A ）找出急诊手术排程中的问题，制定改进措施，实施急诊分级排程模式。比较应用分级排程模式前后的实施效果。结果建立急诊手术标准排程模式，使排程有章可依，减轻了急诊手术排程难度，缩短急诊手术排程时间，提高了30 min下刀率和医生满意度。结论实施急诊手术分级排程模式，有利于急诊手术工作质量的提高。
목적：근거급진수술배정적현상，심조괄합현대급진수술적배정모식。방법채용근본원인분석법（RC A ）조출급진수술배정중적문제，제정개진조시，실시급진분급배정모식。비교응용분급배정모식전후적실시효과。결과건립급진수술표준배정모식，사배정유장가의，감경료급진수술배정난도，축단급진수술배정시간，제고료30 min하도솔화의생만의도。결론실시급진수술분급배정모식，유리우급진수술공작질량적제고。
Objective To search a suitable scheduling model for modern emergency operation according to the cur-rent situation of emergency operation scheduling .Method Root cause analysis (RCA ) was adopted to define the problems in the emergency operation scheduling ,make improvement measures .The effect after and after the imple-mentation of the grading scheduling model was measured and compared .Result Because of the establishment of the standardized scheduling model of emergency operation ,the scheduling of the operation was formulated ,the difficulty of emergency operation scheduling was reduced .Time for emergency operation scheduling was shorten .The begin-ning rate of the emergency operation within 30 minutes was improved ,and the satisfactions of doctors were also im-proved .Conclusion Through the application of RCA ,it is beneficial to improve the quality of the emergency opera-tions and to define the problems in emergency operation scheduling and implement the emergency operation grading scheduling model .
