目的：以苏子降气丸为对照，客观评价咳喘顺丸治疗支气管哮喘的有效性和安全性，为本品种用于临床提供试验依据。方法：选取2010～2012年本院门诊及住院病人60例，随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组30例。治疗组给予咳喘顺丸治疗，对照组给予苏子降气丸治疗，疗程均为28d。结果：治疗组完全控制29例，对照组完全控制24例，两组之间治疗结果行x2检验， P<0.05，表明治疗组与对照组存在显著统计学差异，即治疗组治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论：咳喘顺丸治疗支气管哮喘痰湿蕴肺证具有较好临床疗效。
목적：이소자강기환위대조，객관평개해천순환치료지기관효천적유효성화안전성，위본품충용우림상제공시험의거。방법：선취2010～2012년본원문진급주원병인60례，수궤분위치료조급대조조，매조30례。치료조급여해천순환치료，대조조급여소자강기환치료，료정균위28d。결과：치료조완전공제29례，대조조완전공제24례，량조지간치료결과행x2검험， P<0.05，표명치료조여대조조존재현저통계학차이，즉치료조치료효과현저우우대조조。결론：해천순환치료지기관효천담습온폐증구유교호림상료효。
Objective:The Suzi Jiang pills as the controls, to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Kechuanshun pills, provide an experimental basis for clinical varieties. Methods: From 2010 to 2012 outpatient and inpatient hospital of 60 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 30 cases each. The treated group received with Ke Chuan Shun pills, the control group was given Suzi Jiang pills, a course of 28 days. Results:The treated group full control of 29 cases, The control group full control of 24 cases, treatment outcomes between the two groups for the x2 test, P<0.05, showed statistically significant differences exist two groups, that efficacy of the treated group was better. Conclusion:The Kechuanshun pills has good efficacy on treating bronchial asthma.
