功能性消化不良的病因多为禀赋不足，脾胃虚弱、饮食不节，情志不舒，内伤外感。本病的基本病位在胃，与肝、脾的关系密切。中焦气机不利，脾胃升降失职为导致本病发生的病机关键，治疗以调和肝脾为主，辅以心理疏导，在辨证论治的基础上注重与辨病、辨症相结合，在临床上对反复发作的功能性消化不良疗效颇佳。以下介绍导师张照兰教授辨证治疗功能性消化不良的临床经验，主要包括其在病因、病机、分型、治疗、调护各方面的见解。
