目的：观察与比较中西医结合方法治疗狼疮性肾炎患者的效果与中医症候评分。方法：采取回顾性的分析方法，筛选出符合入选条件的狼疮性肾炎患者，其中采用单纯西药治疗的有57例，采用中西药联合治疗的有56例，分析在6个月治疗过程中，两组方案的治疗效果、中医症候评分及系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性指数，并加以比较。结果：根据中医证候疗效判定标准，中西药组患者治疗的总有效率为89.3%，高于西药组患者治疗的总有效率（71.9%）；根据疾病疗效判定标准，中西药组患者治疗的总有效率为91.1%，高于西药组患者治疗的总有效率（75.4%）；中西药组患者治疗后中医证候评分低于西药组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：滋肾膏治疗狼疮性肾炎，能显著性提高治疗的总有效率，降低患者的中医症候评分，改善患者的中医临床症状。
목적：관찰여비교중서의결합방법치료랑창성신염환자적효과여중의증후평분。방법：채취회고성적분석방법，사선출부합입선조건적랑창성신염환자，기중채용단순서약치료적유57례，채용중서약연합치료적유56례，분석재6개월치료과정중，량조방안적치료효과、중의증후평분급계통성홍반랑창질병활동성지수，병가이비교。결과：근거중의증후료효판정표준，중서약조환자치료적총유효솔위89.3%，고우서약조환자치료적총유효솔（71.9%）；근거질병료효판정표준，중서약조환자치료적총유효솔위91.1%，고우서약조환자치료적총유효솔（75.4%）；중서약조환자치료후중의증후평분저우서약조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：자신고치료랑창성신염，능현저성제고치료적총유효솔，강저환자적중의증후평분，개선환자적중의림상증상。
Objective:To observe and compare the treatment effect and the symptomatic score of the integrative medicine on lupus nephritis. Methods:The patients with lupus nephritis were screened by retrospective analysis method and divided into two groups, the pure modern medicine treatment group (57 cases) and the integrative medicine treatment group (56 cases). The curative effect, TCM symptom score and systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index of the two groups were observed and compared after 6 months of treatment. Results: According to TCM syndrome standard, the total efficiency of integrative medicine group was 89.3%, higher than the modern medicine group (71.9%). According to disease curative effect standard, the total efficiency of integrative medicine group was 91.1%, higher than the modern medicine group (75.4%). The TCM syndrome score of integrative medicine group was lower than the modern medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The integrative medicine on lupus nephritis can significantly improve the total efficiency of treatment, reduce the TCM symptom score and improve the patients’clinical symptoms.
