目的：观察运用龟鹿二仙胶加减治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症的临床疗效。方法：将28例确诊肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者随机分为两组，试验组15例，采用力如太联合龟鹿二仙胶加减并配合中医药传统疗法治疗；对照组13例，单用力如太治疗。对于两组患者分别运用中医证候评分和ALSFRS-R量表行疗效评价，并观察不良反应。结果：治疗组中医症候临床积分下降明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组ALSFRS-R量表评分仍都在下降，但治疗组下降幅度小于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：力如太联合龟鹿二仙胶加减配合中医药传统疗法治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化安全有效，可缓解肌萎缩侧索硬化患者言语不利、流涎、吞咽困难、肢体无力等症状，并能在一定程度延缓ALS病程进展的速度，疗效优于单用西药。
목적：관찰운용구록이선효가감치료기위축측색경화증적림상료효。방법：장28례학진기위축측색경화증환자수궤분위량조，시험조15례，채용력여태연합구록이선효가감병배합중의약전통요법치료；대조조13례，단용력여태치료。대우량조환자분별운용중의증후평분화ALSFRS-R량표행료효평개，병관찰불량반응。결과：치료조중의증후림상적분하강명현，유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료후량조ALSFRS-R량표평분잉도재하강，단치료조하강폭도소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：력여태연합구록이선효가감배합중의약전통요법치료기위축측색경화안전유효，가완해기위축측색경화환자언어불리、류연、탄인곤난、지체무력등증상，병능재일정정도연완ALS병정진전적속도，료효우우단용서약。
Objective:To observation the clinical effect on treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by Guilu erxian glues. Methods:28 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 15 cases in the experience group, was treated by riluzole and Guilu erxian decoction combined with TCM therapy;13 cases in the control group, was treated by riluzole. Evaluation of TCM syndrome score and ALSFRS-R scale, and adverse reactions were observed. Results:The treated group TCM syndrome clinical score decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.05);after treatment the two groups ALSFRS-R score is still in decline, the treated group decreased less than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:It is safe and effective on treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by riluzole and Guilu erxian decoction combined with TCM therapy, slow jieji amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients with aphasia, salivation, dysphagia, limb weakness and other symptoms, and delay the progression of ALS in a certain degree of speed, curative effect is better than single modern medicine.
