Exploring the new models of cultivating " double qualified teacher" in higher vocational colleges is the important content of teaching staff construction. The school-enterprise cooperation alliance platform based on professional building, is established and the new models of cultivating " double qualified teacher" is explored through the measures of personnel post shifting between school and enterprise regularly, qualification identity of school-enterprise cooperation alliance, talents sharing, and promoting reform in talents training in order to promote the connotation construction of double qualified teaching staff.
