目的探讨外科清创联合负压引流治疗褥疮的临床疗效的影响.方法收集110例外科住院的褥疮患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组给予褥疮常规清创,观察组清创+负压引流;观察两组患者的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白含量和褥疮愈合情况.结果两组患者的褥疮均有不同程度愈合,观察组患者的白细胞计数和C反应蛋白水平较对照组下降显著,褥疮愈合速度和程度优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论外科清创联合负压引流能有效减轻褥疮患者的炎症反应、促进褥疮愈合,该模式适合在褥疮患者中推广应用.
목적 탐토외과청창연합부압인류치료욕창적림상료효적영향.방법 수집110예외과주원적욕창환자,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조55례,대조조급여욕창상규청창,관찰조청창+부압인류;관찰량조환자적백세포계수、C반응단백함량화욕창유합정황.결과 량조환자적욕창균유불동정도유합,관찰조환자적백세포계수화C반응단백수평교대조조하강현저,욕창유합속도화정도우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 외과청창연합부압인류능유효감경욕창환자적염증반응、촉진욕창유합,해모식괄합재욕창환자중추엄응용.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical debridement combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of bedsore.Methods 110 patients with bedsore in department of surgery of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.Patients in control group and observation group were given debridement and debridement combined with negative pressure drainage treatment respectively.The white blood count,C reactive protein content and the healing condition of bedsore of two groups were observed and compared.Results The bedsore of all patients healed in different degrees.The levels of white blood count and C reactive protein decreased significantly in observation group when compared with control group.The curative velocity and degree of bedsore in observation group were better than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical debridement combined with negative pressure drainage in patients with bedsore can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and promote decubital ulcer agglutination,worthy of popularization in clinic.
