近几年来，许多三本院校开设园林专业。江苏省宿迁学院就是这样一所开设园林专业的三本院校，但因其发展时间短、办学经验少，师资结构欠合理，且受制于传统教学模式，故三本院校的园林专业教育特色仍待形成。就当前宿迁学院三本园林专业教学中所面临的人才培养定位、课程体系问题、师资问题、实践教学问题等方面进行分析，提出为地方、为社会培养应用型园林人才的定位思想，通过构建一支结构合理稳定的双师型教师队伍，搭建理论与实践相结合，注重实践的教学体系等途径，力争将三本院校园林专业学生培养成为“上得去、下得来、能够服务地方经济”的应用型人才。

in recent years, many of the third-grade colleges set up landscape architecture specialty. Jiangsu Suqian College is a professional open garden of third-grade colleges and universities. Because of its shorter development time, the lack of experience of running a school, unreasonable teacher structure and traditional teaching mode restriction, the education features of landscape architecture specialty should be formed. By analyzing the questions existed in professional teaching such as training location, curriculum system, teachers and practice teaching, this article put forward the idea of fostering the practical landscape professionals for the position of the locality and society. Through constructing a reasonable and stable teacher structure, establishing a teaching system which combines theory with practice and pays attention to practice, the students of landscape architecture specialty should be trained as practical talents to serve the local economy.
