目的：探讨农村糖尿病患者的现状与社区管理方法。方法：采用自制调查表对糖尿病患者280例进行分析。结果：治疗依从性普遍较低，女性比男性更低，男女之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。多数患者对糖尿病知识的了解明显缺乏。结论：农村糖尿病患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率及治疗的依从性较低。应加大农村合作医疗的保障力度，提高农村糖尿病患者的治疗依从性。

목적：탐토농촌당뇨병환자적현상여사구관리방법。방법：채용자제조사표대당뇨병환자280례진행분석。결과：치료의종성보편교저，녀성비남성경저，남녀지간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。다수환자대당뇨병지식적료해명현결핍。결론：농촌당뇨병환자대당뇨병상관지식적지효솔급치료적의종성교저。응가대농촌합작의료적보장력도，제고농촌당뇨병환자적치료의종성。
Objective:To explore the current situation of the rural people with diabetes and the methods of community management.Methods:280 patients with diabetes were analyzed by using self-made questionnaire.Results:The treatment adherence was generally low.The treatment adherence of women was lower than that of men.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Most patients lacked knowledges of diabetes.Conclusion:The knowledge of diabetes and the treatment adherence of the rural people with diabetes is little.The rural cooperative medical security should be intensified to improve the treatment adherence of the rural people with diabetes.
