目的:探讨256层螺旋CT在冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄诊断中的应用价值。方法:2012年3月-2014年1月收治冠心病患者45例,接受冠状动脉植入术治疗,作为研究对象,共植入55枚支架,利用256层螺旋CT检查观察支架是否存在变形、再狭窄等情况,并与选择性冠状动脉造影(SCAG)诊断结果进行比较。结果:SCAG检出支架阳性8枚,术后支架再狭窄发生率14.55%。256层螺旋CT检出支架阳性11枚,阴性44枚,支架内再狭窄敏感性87.5%,特异性85.5%,阳性预测值63.64%,阴性预测值97.73%。结论:256层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉支架植入术后再狭窄准确率较高。

목적:탐토256층라선CT재관상동맥지가식입술후재협착진단중적응용개치。방법:2012년3월-2014년1월수치관심병환자45례,접수관상동맥식입술치료,작위연구대상,공식입55매지가,이용256층라선CT검사관찰지가시부존재변형、재협착등정황,병여선택성관상동맥조영(SCAG)진단결과진행비교。결과:SCAG검출지가양성8매,술후지가재협착발생솔14.55%。256층라선CT검출지가양성11매,음성44매,지가내재협착민감성87.5%,특이성85.5%,양성예측치63.64%,음성예측치97.73%。결론:256층라선CT진단관상동맥지가식입술후재협착준학솔교고。
Objective:To explore the application value of 256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation.Methods:45 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from March 2012 to January 2014.They were treated with coronary artery implantation as the research objects.It implanted a total of 55 stents.Using 256 slice spiral CT checked and observed whether there was stent deformation and restenosis.And it was compared with the diagnosis result of selective coronary angiography(SCAG).Results:SCAG detected 8 positive stents,the incidence rate of postoperative stent restenosis was 14.55%.256 slice spiral CT detected 11 positive stents and 44 negative;the sensibility of stent restenosis was 87.5%;the specificity was 85.5%;the positive predictive value was 63.64%;the negative predictive value was 97.73%.Conclusion:256 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery restenosis after stent implantation has higher accuracy rate.
