目的：观察中医“腑以通为用”治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：收治急性胰腺炎患者50例，采取中医“腑以通为用”的治疗原理，根据病症发作情况不同，以中西医结合的治疗方向为前提，帮助患者解除生命危机，恢复正常生活状态。结果：中医治疗的综合性方案，让患者病死率减少了11.7%。结论：“腑以通为用”的治疗原理，起到了益气养阴、活血化瘀、清热解毒、通里攻下的治疗效果，中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎取得了显著疗效。

목적：관찰중의“부이통위용”치료급성이선염적료효。방법：수치급성이선염환자50례，채취중의“부이통위용”적치료원리，근거병증발작정황불동，이중서의결합적치료방향위전제，방조환자해제생명위궤，회복정상생활상태。결과：중의치료적종합성방안，양환자병사솔감소료11.7%。결론：“부이통위용”적치료원리，기도료익기양음、활혈화어、청열해독、통리공하적치료효과，중서의결합요법치료급성이선염취득료현저료효。
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine "Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong" in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:50 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as the diagnostic objects.The traditional Chinese medicine"Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong" treatment principle,according to different disease onset condition,with traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment direction as the premise,helped patients relieve the life danger and back to normal life.Results:Through the comprehensive program of Chinese medicine treatment,the mortality decreased 11.7%.Conclusion:The"Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong" treatment principle plays the treatment effects of tonifying qi and yin,promoting circulation and removing stasis, clearing away heat and toxic materials and Tong Li Gong Xia.The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment in treating acute pancreatitis achieves remarkable curative effect.
