试验根据大白菜复等位基因遗传假说,以不结球白菜细胞核基因雄性不育系为不育源,向乌塌菜作物中转育,并对细胞核雄性不育基因转育机制进行系统研究。获得如下结果:设计遗传转育模式,完成乌塌菜4个世代雄性不育的转育工作,获得含有乌塌菜基因型的甲型“两用系”、临时保持系和雄性不育系。
試驗根據大白菜複等位基因遺傳假說,以不結毬白菜細胞覈基因雄性不育繫為不育源,嚮烏塌菜作物中轉育,併對細胞覈雄性不育基因轉育機製進行繫統研究。穫得如下結果:設計遺傳轉育模式,完成烏塌菜4箇世代雄性不育的轉育工作,穫得含有烏塌菜基因型的甲型“兩用繫”、臨時保持繫和雄性不育繫。
시험근거대백채복등위기인유전가설,이불결구백채세포핵기인웅성불육계위불육원,향오탑채작물중전육,병대세포핵웅성불육기인전육궤제진행계통연구。획득여하결과:설계유전전육모식,완성오탑채4개세대웅성불육적전육공작,획득함유오탑채기인형적갑형“량용계”、림시보지계화웅성불육계。
In this experiment, based on the multiple allele inheritance hypothesis of Chinese cabbage, male steriliry of non-heading Chinese cabbage GMS was transferred to Brassica chinensis (L.). The experiment has been systematically investigated the transformation mechanism of genetic male sterility. Results showed that four male sterile generations of Brassica chinensis (L.) could be achieved according to the inheritance transformation mode.
