绿色和平主义是西方发达资本主义国家一种新兴的政治思潮,是随着世界生态问题日趋严重,在批判资本主义基础上,通过对社会主义的反思而逐步深入、逐步成熟形成的。绿色和平主义自20世纪70年代形成以来极为活跃,对西方政治产生了强烈的冲击,其影响在西方世界内外都在迅速扩大,成为独树一帜的政治思潮。绿色和平主义运用马克思主义的理论,倡导人与人、人与自然的和谐共处,并以生态效益为核心价值,批判资本主义的生产方式及其全球性扩张政策,力求摆脱生态危机,建立和谐公正的社会。面对目前新疆生态建设的现状以及所遇到的问题,绿色和平主义对如何把新疆建设成为一个经济繁荣、环境优美、各方面和谐发展的社会具有深刻的启示。

Greenpeace thought is a kind of newly arisen politics ideological trend it, the Western devel- oped capitalist nation, which gradually deepens, matures and forms through the introspection to social- ism, along with the ecological problem to be on the rise in the world, on the basis of criticizing of capital- ism. Greenpeace is extremely active since its formation in the 70s of 20th century, creating strong impact on Western politics, and its influence enlarges rapidly in the Western world inside and outside, becoming unique politics ideological trend. Greenpeace thought uses Marxist theories, initiates person and person, person and nature to get along in harmony, and takes ecological results as core value, criticizes capitalist mode of production and its global expansion policy, tries hard to get away from ecological crisis and es- tablish a harmonious and fair society. In face of the present condition of ecological construction and the problems in Xinjiang, Greenpeace thought has deep revelation to how to construct Xinjiang to become a society of economy prosperity, environment beauty, harmony development all round.
