以从珙桐叶柄中分离得到的一株内生细菌GT21为出发菌株,对该菌株的形态学、生理生化特征等进行了系统研究,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)。通过PCR扩增16SrDNA并测序,用BLAST软件进行相似性比对,发现其相似性最高的菌株为BacilILlssp.SAP02-l,相似性97%。系统发育分析表明:GT2l单独一支,其余6株细菌聚为一支,GT21与Bacillussp.PKSWII和Bacillussp.LM6亲缘关系更近,而与Bacillussp.SAP02—1等亲缘关系较远。

One endophytic bacteria strain GT21 was isolated from the petiole of Davidia involucrata. Strain GT21 was identified initially as Bacillus genus according to the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochemistry. Bacillus sp. SAP02_1 was the closest (97%) one to strain GT21 by identity comparison with BLAST software on the basis of amplification and sequencing of 16S rDNA. Phylogcnetic analysis shows that the evolutionary distance between GT21 and Bacillus sp. PKSWII and Bacillus sp. LM6 was shorter than that among it and the other.
