为了掌握坦克的热状况,发展了一个坦克稳态热分析模型,基于集总参数法将整车划分为若干热单元,考虑了坦克自身产热、传热和外界环境的影响,建立了热平衡方程,构建了由热单元、产热源、导热热阻、对流传热热桥、辐射换热源等组成的热网络。模型计算的温度值与实车测试值对比,误差小于7%。对某型坦克高速度行驶稳态工况进行热分析,得到了坦克整体表面温度分布、高温部位温度及其热量分配状况。
為瞭掌握坦剋的熱狀況,髮展瞭一箇坦剋穩態熱分析模型,基于集總參數法將整車劃分為若榦熱單元,攷慮瞭坦剋自身產熱、傳熱和外界環境的影響,建立瞭熱平衡方程,構建瞭由熱單元、產熱源、導熱熱阻、對流傳熱熱橋、輻射換熱源等組成的熱網絡。模型計算的溫度值與實車測試值對比,誤差小于7%。對某型坦剋高速度行駛穩態工況進行熱分析,得到瞭坦剋整體錶麵溫度分佈、高溫部位溫度及其熱量分配狀況。

In order to know well the thermal status of tank, a thermal analysis model is developed for tank under stable working conditions. The total tank is divided into various heat units based on lumped parameter method. The thermal balance equation for heat units is established, the effects of heat generation, heat transfer and atmosphere are considered. The heat network that includes heat units, heat generation source, heat conduction resistance, heat convection bridge and heat radiation source is constructed. The comparison is carried out between the calculated and tested temperatures of heat units, the maximum relative error is less than 7%. The thermal analysis is carried into execution for the stable running of certain tank at high speed, in result, the whole surface temperature distribution, temperature of the higher temperature parts and the heat distribution are obtained.
