研究了阻燃剂加入量对ABS树脂性能的影响,采用掺混方法将阻燃剂加入ABS树脂使其在保证综合性能的同时,具有较好阻燃性。结果表明,阻燃剂对熔融指数和冲击强度影响较大,对热变形温度影响不大;当阻燃剂的质量分数大于17.84%时,阻燃ABS树脂性能最佳。

In this paper, the effect of the flame retardant addition amount on the properties of the ABS resin was studied. By means of doping fire retardant into ABS resin, ABS resin had good flame retardant and outsanding comprehersive performance. The results showed that the addition content of the flame retardant agent had influences on both the melt index and impact strength of ABSresin, but it hadn't influences on the heat deflection temperature. When the content of the flame retardant agent was 22, the opitmal comprehensive porperty of flame retardant ABS resin was observed.
