文章建立了区域综合交通体系社会效益的层次一区间模糊综合评价模型，首先利用层次分析法确定了区域综合交通体系社会效益评价指标体系，并将区间值的概念引入到模糊综合评价模型中，充分利用原始数据的有效信息，避免了传统方法在数据处理上的缺陷。实例应用表明，该方法在实际应用中效果良好。

The Hierarchy-Interval Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation model for social benefit of region integrated transportation system is introduced in this article. Using AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process）method,the index and power are determined. Combining the interval value with Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation, the drawbacks lied in the common method are effectively avoided. At last, an example is given to illustrate the applications of the proposed method.
