the enterprises which established investment project in Russia faces many problems, such as the choice of the laws or- ganization of the investment main body, the execution of the exact plan of equity merger, the confirmation of stock -holder＇s right, the articles of the companies, the organization of the board of directors, and so on. The problems will appear gradually. How to deal with these problems is very important to the development of the company and the realization of the aim. So the invest- ment -in- Russia enterprise executives should pay attention to the Russian Company Law, and control the play rules.
