用几何光学和波动光学相结合推导了消逝波有效穿透深度的理论计算公式.以此分析并讨论了影响消逝波有效穿透深度的有关因素,得出了消逝场空间分布的有关规律.为消逝波的应用和研究提供了一定的理论依据,也可作为光学教学中关于非均匀波特性描述的补充内容.

The theoretical formula for the effective penetration depth of the evanescent wave is derived by combining geometrical optics and wave optics. The paper analyzes the relevant factors which affect evanescent wave penetration depth and obtains the relevant laws on the spatial distribution of the evanescent field which provide a theoretical basis for the application and research of the evanescent wave and can function as the complement of non- uniform wave features in optical teaching.
